Re: Hammock advice
Wow Frenchy, that is a lot of data. How much does your current set up weigh? As i carry it on my bike the weight is almost a secondary concern. I am more interested in how small i can pack it down. all my hammock kit including sleeping bag or hammock cocoon, folding saw, groundsheet etc fits into two...

Re: Hammock advice
Hi, i have been hammock camping on my bike for many years. I started with a DD(basic camping hammock) with the original cordage and an ex army basha(shelter sheet) The DD hammock is over 12 years old and still going strong. I wouldn,t go for the more expensive version but upgrade with a snakeskin wh...

Re: The new AJP PR7 Adventure

Cheers The AJP bikes did quite well in the recent Hellas rally and have even been ridden in an enduro championship by a Portuguese rider. Torque racing are the people t...

Re: The new AJP PR7 Adventure
That is looking good. Seems to be that most bikes like this are around (over) the 200kg mark. With a similar price to the Ténéré, I guess a lot of people will go for the world wide dealer network. With those stats though I’d be tempted. It says the engine has known reliability - who makes them? The...

Looking forward to this report. Someone has done a useful looking modification on the bike seat for comfort. It looks very similar to a "Seat Concepts" profile.

Re: ITV 4 Thursday 9pm
Thanks for the" heads up" I have set my box to record the series. As many including myself Henry is like Marmite, you either love or hate him. There is very little about motorcycles on TV so i shall certainly be watching. I daresay what you see on TV probably does not accurately reflect the...
