Have you looked at using the reinstated Harwich-Denmark ferry? It would save you a lot of time/fuel as well as giving more time in Norway - cuts out the boring slog across Northern France etc., best wishes with the project.

Although not Bruges the Jeungstation (spelling may off!)in Ypres is excellent and has very comfortable camping huts with proper beds, cooker and fridge also bike friendly, short scenic walk to town which is a mini bruge, Graham (990 in Si group)
