Re: Big Box
Could you use PM for stuff like this? It really isn't of any interest to anyone apart from the two of you, and this is a forum for discussion not a personal bulletin board. Thx. YES SIR....... and if it's of no interest don't read it and don't reply to it (thumbs) ;) Cheers Spud ;) Well I don't kno...

Re: Oxford adventure heated grips.
Should've bought some from a different manufacturer. Name escapes me at the moment but there's a company whose name consist of two letters 'something and something' I think.
Nope sorry - it's gone.

Re: Why I hate f***ing Windows
Two words:
Flight Mode.
WRT Windows I open my laptop lid and I'm using my Win8.1 computer within c. 3.5 seconds. Never gives me any trouble.
i5 CPU, 8GB RAM. 1TB HDD, 1GB graphics card - 350 quid brand new.

Re: What's this tent like? Anyone know?
My tent has two poles, inner and outer tent attached and pitch together. Assemble poles - one minute. Thread poles through sleeves on outer tent - two minutes. Tent now up. Now peg down which any tent needs. Guy ropes if windy. Why is it you need a pop-up tent again..? Tent's a Vaude Taurus BTW.

Re: Prices and details ,for the new Africa twin
I'm afraid I'll never come to terms with paying five figures for a bike then having to pay extra for a centre stand. Even the cheapest cars these days have aircon, MP3 player etc. as standard. As for 250 pounds for some footpegs...the bind moggles TBH. Never mind, whack on the 'never ever' it's all ...

Love the 'there was hoar on my tent' possibly predictive text I'm guessing. Maybe you meant 'there was a whore in my tent' lol. That'd keep you warm in there and keep the frost at bay ;) Nope he he means there was hoar frost on his tent. Bit embarrassing his knowledge of English is better than your...

1050 has been plagued by mutterings of vibrations...also Ride mag reported nasty weave with OEM panniers which could develop into a full-blown tankslapper unless firm grip on bars maintained. No thanks.[/quote That is the crappest excuse ever not to buy a bike especially if you havent ridden one yo...

Re: a simple question for once
No regrets buying but regret selling my near-mint Gauloises RZV500R in 1994 for 2200 quid. Was badly neglected some time thereafter but it's still out there and being/been restored apparently: http://www.rzv.eclipse.co.uk/ I'd be banging my head on the wall every day if I'd let that go :( Spilt mil...
