Re: Gas Gas Adventure 400

It look alright, and have no idea about the whole Brexit argument and angles, but when the words Gas Gas, Chinese and 8 grand popped up I was out!

Re: CRF250 L thread

Thanks for that 👍 Have read all info on here and a lot of other places (especially Minky's) but still not sure for example if the EJK thing actually does anything worthwhile, or seen as great by people who have paid for one and now don't want to admit it only makes a tiny difference! Think I'll do t...

Re: CRF250 L thread

As I've just bought a CRF250L this thread obviously looked interesting :D There seems to be a huge amount of information floating around the internet about which modifications are needed to turn it into the managable trail, road or TET type bike I hoped I'd bought. But now struggling to work out wha...

Re: Hello from between Hereford and Abergavenny

All on the OS map and I can manage to plod around a lot of them on a TTR 600 single, so guess also on a big GS?? Would be ha...

Re: nods

Due to feeling a bit of a plum nodding at people who studiously ignore me, then feeling a bit of a git ignoring someone who does nod because I've given up on the whole thing, have developed a new system........ Nod at everyone, but look straight down the road so don't know if I'm being ignored or ev...

Re: A & E Timewasters

I work with a bloke who never takes his child to a doctor (with every cough and sniffle) but always to A&E When I asked why, he happily told me 'because children never have to wait there, and are always seen straight away' - making it quicker than making a doctor's appointment!!! Then the git co...

Re: Tool tube cap

Luckily for one of you chaps my TTR keeled over in the garage and broke the tube - but not the cap! I guess the original poster gets first option, and will post it to a PM'd address Don't worry about postage cost - relying on karma will be far simpler :D (Now think I should have posted 'wanted, tool...

Re: Who can remember their first big trip?

92' to France on an XBR 500 with a £9.99 Argos tent (leaky Wendy house :) )
Didn't have clue what we were doing, and it pissed down most of the week but still the most memorable trip ever
