I don't know if anyone else has had issues with the rear brake caliper seizing. I did mention this on another himalayan thread on here. Long story short I cleaned up the caliper and eased the piston off, used some red rubber grease and then replaced the pads. They seemed to be wearing quite heavily...

On a different note keep an eye on youre brake calipers. 6.5k in and my rear piston has badly seized. I've took the pads off cleaned it up and freed the piston after half an hour. I think maybe the standard pads aren't great so got some ebcs on order to put in next week. Not a massive job but worth ...

It should calibrate easy enough, I'm sure you're dealer will assist I sorting it. For what it's worth the compass is only accurate to 45 degrees.

I've not had the head bearing issue yet but it's due its 6.5k service v soon I will ask them to check that it's fine after hearing a few have had issues
