the closest match currently new on market would be v-strom 650xt or F700GS, and you can strip them down. waiting for t7 or other makes no sense as this could be as well up to 2 years and you don't even know what you'll get. p.s. for road use? stick with the stock tyres. They're good enough,
but if you wanna look better, get tkc80. Don't ride too fast in rain though.

Mitas E09 dakar. Cheap, wear and bite good so just perfect for an adventure. What experience do have with these tyres are the easy enough for a solo adventurer to change and fix punctures. Heard conflicting reports on them most advise steering well clear of the Dakar as there is very little differe...

I never had any complaints about performance of the TKC80, either, except in mud where all these tyres are going to struggle, but I just wish the rears would last longer than 2500/3000 miles. oh please, tkc80 are no better then road tyres, plus well over priced. Horrible on any grass, wet, soft or ...
