Re: Bike hate

I hate Harleys, they are noisy and anti-social If I was a traffic cop, I would ticket every one of them, for noisy exhausts and if they didn't remove them, I would personally crush the fecking things Sat in Hawes and Reeth, this weekend, the only vehicles that were shattering the peace were fecking...

Re: Bike hate

From above .... "I hate Harleys ....."

From your name Jonnyboxer one could hazard a guess at the brand that you favour

One could also find a few non-believers on here as well

Best stick together as 2 wheeling motorised friends without silly prejudice eh ?!

Re: Tyre advice for a KTM990 Adventure - mainly road use

Agree that you have to decide for yourself

Mefo's are good off-road but not the best for a 90% road use

Good tyres if you are heading off to an place where road conditions are unknown

Again - good Luck

Re: Tyre advice for a KTM990 Adventure - mainly road use

For the road - Can't beat the Conti's ... is what I have found
Not sure for the 10% off road you say you may do

They transformed my ride and I love my 990R more than ever

I really DID NOT get on with the Scorps - even though I do like the brand

Good Luck

Lydd is ~ an hour away with some nice roads along the way
