My Zumo is ok generally but it seems to keep rerouting for some reason when abroad then runs out of memory before its finished calculating. Very annoying !

Re: This is soooo embarassing.... a really stupid injury... and a question...
I T Boned a Merc years ago on my Dads CG125 I was 17 & very fit at the time...I went over the bars & got my right hand trapped between the brake lever & Bars which netted me a nasty case of torn ligaments which was far worse than the 30mph landing on my back on the other side of the car ...

Re: External GPS Antenna
My Zumo hates France ! So yours does appear to benefit from its antenna then ? I imagine any built in antenna would be some what of a compromise.

External GPS Antenna
Does anybody use an external antenna on their GPS units. I realize bikes do not suffer from having steel roofs & body work to attenuate the signal but I just wondered what benefits if any they give on a bike, or are they just more sensitive???

Re: home made bike mods
Better still make small screen for the headlight cowl to keep the wind off a bit...maybe cut down an old screen of another bike perhaps. Just be careful that it wont decapitate you if you go over the bars, maybe put some edge protection round it or improvise by cutting a slit down some fuel hose &am...
