Re: Places to visit France

I was at Carcassonne last September. There were twin sisters dressed up in medieval dresses, they looked like the brunette princess in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. Total babes :P

Ripol-Puigcerda-Ax Le Thermes-Quillan-Carcassonne is a good route.

Thanks for the very warm welcome.

I've been asked a couple of times by other bikers I've met if I'm from here just 'cos of the bike I ride. You seem a friendly bunch both off and online B)

Hi from Milton Keynes

Hi, I've been a magazine subscriber since about issue 4 or 5 and a forum lurker for a while. I bought a F800GS from a forum member over at UKGSER about 2 years ago after a line of sports bikes and still really love it. I've put 17k miles on it, most of which were commuting but have also had a few gr...

Re: Pompei Any one done this.

Hi, there's a couple of campsites opposite. Spartacus and Camping Pompeii. We missed the turning for Spartacus so stopped at Camping Pompeii instead. It had a great pizza restaurant, good individual pitches and a decent shower/toilet block, the road outside is busy though so wear earplugs. Plenty of...
