It is true ( I used to ride Police Horses for a living ) I doubt there's an answer for piles of horse crap on the road and can't see any real 'will' to get certain riders to both up their game and actually do further training to get their horse to 'behave' better in traffic. Only 1 of the 2 was offside so we can only ban 50% of the horses and riders nationwide. (thumbs)

Must be just me then, I thought the scooter rider brought alot on himself. The over-exaggerated head shake to start with, he did seem to fanny about crossing the road which will have made the amoeba driving the car thing it was deliberate. Two wankers in my opinion.
