Met a guy in Australia once who carried fresh green coffee beans and roasted them each morning. Then carried an inverter gennie to power his bean grinder! Carried it along with a load more junk in the back of his land rover!

Wife used ortileb panniers and I used Andy Strapz panniers and ortlieb roll bags for 15,000 mile Oz to Uk ride. Torrential rain, dust, snow, whatever. Both brands were great
