Re: SWM is back in UK

I had a SWM RS500 enduro in 2016 to 2020. Was a good bike, reliable with plenty of performance.

(Was really a Husky 510 from 2011).

If I was in the market, I'd ave another.

Dave, is this bike going to be imported? If so, any indication of price?

Re: mousse can deflate?

Rob- you brought me a desert mousse to fit into a 140 enduro tyre but onto a wide rear rim of a 950 ktm ! Plus you wanted a rim lock!! 🙄🙄🙄 I did indeed, but it wasn't a wide rim. I learnt the hard way, as I recall i(we) left the rim lock skewed. Done many mousses since with no problems,...

Re: got the balls to buy one anyone?

Two friends have now got their Koves run in and really like them. They are both experienced riders with enduro and euro rally experience so know their stuff. Neither thinks power is lacking (if you ride them right.) although a larger rear sprocket helps.

IMO bodes well for the future.

Re: mousse can deflate?

I have a mousse fitting guide on my website if you fancy it. Some big companies asked to copy and make their own based on it.... Have you got a link?? Burt of RallyMoto also has a mousse fitting video - it is very good if using a mouse changing rig. In the garage my time to remove old and fit new m...
