Of course a lot has to do where you live. Most people in my part of the world are on minimum wage or not much above. A skilled man is on much less here than in the mainland. 80 grand is a massive income around my Manor.

I was in the Point bar for lunch today and talking to staff. They are of the opinion that it will not run again. I've just returned from a weeks trip to Ireland and found Donegal, other than around Malin Head, to be a bit disappointing. It was surprisingly built up (bungalows everywhere) and didn't have a real sense of wilderness, unlike the area around Westport and Kerry once further south. Have to agree Sve...

Hello Mac - you are right it is a bit of hit & miss. There is a pub beside the ferry terminal I think it is (or used to be) called The Point. If you gave them a ring they would hopefully be able to confirm if it is operational Hi Mate, the website said it was operational so i rode down the real...
