KTMs seem particularly tight (SA width)--others the SA gets squeezed a bit when you tighten the axle. The secret is good seals to hold the spacers in (with grease as well)--and slide the wheel with spacers in as one. trying to put the spacers in afterwards is just about impossible--and you'll wreck...

If you need a quiet place to stay, here is a rental cottage of friends of mine, located near Ypres and Poperinge. It is also safe there to park bikes.

On the bike : going to the IOM for the 4th time, after been to 2 TT's and one MGP its TT time again. Instead of heading North on the M6 i would like to go via the south to the Cotwolds and than through Wales up to Heysham and spend a few days on it. Next will be to the HISS in September with the van...
