Are you folks still going to the AV8 cafe ? Sounds like a nice drop in.I've never been there. Someone I know went through the water this week so it can be too bad...personally I always use the bridge there’s some big rocks in the bottom..!

Any kind of hearing protection is better than nothing, but some are more comfortable to wear than others depending on your ear shape..the best one I ever had was the ones that are moulded into your ear..I had mine made at my local hearing aid shop, not cheap though...
