cut outs

Sorry guys ive neglected this post recently due to work and mw3 on the ps3 :laugh: but here is the progrees so far..... all folded and welded up and rear brackets made,now just cutting and fettling the cut outs on the sides and working out the front mounting points as i have sw motech crash bars fit...

on the ignition cover you will have a cable coming out the cover that has a gromit on it,these dont seal very well and if you wash the bike with say a power washer it is possible to push water into the ignition cover,if the main engine oil is emulsified (milky) then yeah you have a problem ie, blown...

the magnet would be the cause of the starting problem

have you drained the actual engine oil or just what was in the ignition cover ?
