Re: crf250 Rally
Depending on how many bolts and how long it takes, I reckon I'd fit the shock fully assembled just to see if it fouls anything and then take it off again to do the final adjustments (if they are needed). Of course, that's easy for me to say...a 30 minute job usually takes me 2 hours...  .

Re: crf250 Rally
o .. just remembered ... when I read the paperwork with the shock, it said the shock was already set at the correct settings ..... I don't really know what that means .. but i shall just fit it as it is... probably. as i don't want to mess about with the settings as is. but may?? I reckon they mean...

Re: Photo chain link...
Link = Garmin ready to navigate ...(the Garmin phrase written on the Garmin in the previous posts)...but old school style. Calais to Carcassonne June 2019. This screenshot was the only general route we took with us for that trip and combined it with the bendy routes option on TomTom at each stop... ...

Re: got the balls to buy one anyone?
I had a Renault 5 GT Turbo in 1987 and the heat from the turbocharger used to percolate the fuel when the engine was hot and switched off. It made it really hard to start again. There was a mod, as far as I remember, that left the fan on for longer after the ignition was off.

Re: crf250 Rally
When you get the yss shock check the bottom rebound setting ..count cluck to fully unwound as some are fully hard... ...as said, that is a good tip. One thing that works for me, is setting a bikes suspension back to the 'factory' settings when I get a new 'used' bike and then go from there. I've ha...

I reckon it will fit . I think some of our American cousins do the same swap, with success.

Re: Screens - I’m confused.
I've been using ear plugs for about 10 years. I first thought I'd better start using them after a very noisy and fast trip to Spain on my old Fazer 1000 that left me with ringing in my ears for days afterwards  . Anyway, I started off with the 3m roll up type of foam plugs which are cheap as c...
Re: kove 800
Do Kove have a UK importer for their bikes or do they have a UK headquarters? I did see the Voge 300, CF Moto and Benelli bikes on the MotoGB stand and the new Himalayan from Royal Enfield but apart from those there was little else of interest to me at the Nec show. I went to the NEC show and I rea...
