Re: Aylesbury to the Italian Dolomites
Awesome (thumbs) Have you got the route on Google maps? It was a 'Horizon Motorcycle Tours' route, they supplied the .gpx files but we had a bit of trouble putting them into the Sat Navs (as always) so we mostly followed their two guides both of who were super quick riders on their GS's (thumbs). T...

Re: Aylesbury to the Italian Dolomites
...it's the old racing circuit just outside Reims...I never knew it was there and it was quite 'atmospheric' to visit (thumbs) . As for the large group of 15 riders...we did have a few teething problems  ...fuel stops took ages and keeping the group together using the marker system proved to b...

Re: MOT querie?
You don't need any documents to get a new MOT, it's all done online at the MOT station. Is the 640 kick start only? I seem to remember someone spending the best part of 2 days trying to start theirs when we did that 2 day trip to Wiltshire :silly:

I'm no mechanic but it sounds like one of the jets may have a slight blockage?

I've had my share of run'ins with traffic plod :( but as I've said before two of my mates are in the CID and my neighbours are both in the Met. Some of the stories they have told make me wince...kids left alone for days in shite hole f...

Re: Eurotunnel entrance/exit at Calais, any aggro on a bike?
Thanks B) . I'm sure it's fine. I seem to remember reading not to use the first petrol station on the exit from Calais for some reason but maybe that's more so for car/lorry drivers?
