Re: poor mans go pro
Like I say, I have an SJ4000 and the only fault I can find with mine for the money is no remote. You have to press a button on the camera to turn it on. And if it's on then a button to start/stop recording. Do-able with it attached to the helmet and easier if attached to the bike, then you can see t...

Editing GoPro-a-like videos
I have an SJ4000 GoPro style camera, it shoots 1080 HD film.
What software do you all use to edit and link bits of video together, shorten video clips and add captions?
I have a laptop (nearly full!!) running Vista Business and one with a dodgy keyboard lol running Windows 7.

Re: poor mans go pro
Looks good, the same as an SJ4000 I think. They can be had for various prices.
I bought mine off EBay and apart from the fact that it has no remote it's a great piece of kit.

Hmm my F650GS is a 2004 so 10 years old, I'd better check with CN what the European cover entails.

Re: Multi Bike insurance
Is there a web site where I can do a multi bike policy comparison? No. I hate being this negative. Try Carole Nash for good policies & prices. They even accept Old & New like the old riders policies. & for me the all important European breakdown cover. Thanks. I'm with C.N. at the moment.

Re: Watches
OK watch experts, I am not into watches at all but I have a Pulsar Chronograph that my wife bought me about 20 years ago so I quite like that. Here's the question, what's the best battery to put in it. I've got the bloke down the market to put one in and that didn't last very long so I took it to a...
