I've got some spare time the end of the week and start of next and will be in that part of the country, what advice suggestions would you give for a day on Salisbury plain? Routes, interesting places to see etc.

Big bike, so nothing too outrageous.

So I am looking for suggestions for interesting roads tarmac or rough (I'll be solo on a biggish bike).

Areas? Lakes, North Wales and North Yorkshire.

With the election weeks away, it could be an idea to write what party is 'running' the council where the pot hole is.

Maybe even in their colours .... then see how quickly they get repaired or cleaned

Hi, If you had three days in the Lakes at the end of March, a tent and a big bike ( happy to do rough piested roads and trails) where and what would you do and see? 1. Pencil museum 2. Beach 3. Booths meat counter Any ideas historical, good roads, camping, sights...... maybe a little further afield?...
