Anyone on here from Zen Overland or know the owners? I've been waiting almost a week for a refund on an item I paid for that the website said was in stock but wasn't.

Are they normally ok with this? I've phoned 3 times and now only get answerphone. Not particularly great service

I have 7 sets of wheels and just swap em out depending on the weather. Slicks for sunny days on the tarmac. Intermediates for slight drizzle.
