Ok after two years using my Hi Gear sleeping mat £15 @ Go outdoors the only way I could get a good night sleep was to drink a good amount of red wine ( which at 50+ means a dash to the hedge in the early morning). Fly over to the UK go to the ABR festival there will be a field full of very odd people who would either let you sit on their bikes have a quick spin around a easy course. Rumour has it there will be new bikes to test as well.

Here is my favourite travel meal Quick cheap and filling. Look what we found food pouches are getting harder to find last year Morrison's seem to be stocking a few varieties at about £1.50 added this to a microwave rice and you have a tasty meal which takes 10 minutes to cook. https://uploads.tapata...
