Saw the bike at the NEC and thought it looked really cool......it's a simple bike without electronic everything and doesn't weigh a tonne with good luggage capacity.
Might not be the quickest but would be on the top of my list if I decided to ride round the world.

The most under rated bike in my opinion has to be the Super Tenere...it's cheaper than most of the competition,definitely more reliable than the competition,build quality second to none and is incredibly easy on ride 2 up.

I learnt that 2 weeks away at a time is not enough and that I need to retire sooner rather than later somewhere in the Aude area of France.

Been out on mine a few times now and find the suspension reasonably good....but then again I am not a fat bastar...

Well, had my xt1200 for four years now, its been great never missed a beat etc in all that time, until tues night. I think i'd just left it to long, after getting back from my Mull of Kintyre ride weekend, it was unload and shove back into garage, back to work busy and been using my 660z since then...

I use my phone now rather than a dedicated camera as the picture quality is so good now,at least on my S7 Edge...pics automatically go to google and Dropbox so can see them on any device.Als do a little blog on facebook when on my travels and just save the pics on there which goes to the device hard...

i have now watched and read a lot of info on these bikes,,,but can anyone tell me..if you just change the exhaust only(no header pipe no air box alteration) for say a fmf quiet 4 one do you still need to fit electronic fuel adjustment box...would like to think i could reduce the weight and slightly...

I have just traded in my 1200z for a 1200ze so ithat tells you what I think of the bike...as for buying a high mileage one unless it is silly cheap personally I would buy a low mileage example as there are plenty out there.

i have seen a 400 mile year 14 for sale..so out of warrenty ..so the first service due 500/600 miles?...would you out there do it yourself or give it to a dealer for the stamp in the book...even though i suspect its just an oil and filter change (at £100 ) Picking mine up next week with 350 miles o...
