I still visit xrv regularly as I mainly ride Honda TA, AT & Vara but they have just 'modernised/enhanced ' the site so its all a bit different for OAPs to get used to. The techie side suits me as the social side of my riding is with the local VMCC section, some TA & ATs qualify for their events at 2...

I went to see the Easy Rider film at the local cinema when it came out I think it created more interest in custom bikes in the same way as Long Way Round/Down did with adventure bikes in more recent years. I have a scam call most mornings telling me my Amazon Prime subscription is being renewed yes press 1 no press 2. Doing a 1471 shows they are from a different number every time and I don't have Amazon Prime anyway. That is probably the point so you have to give them banking info to have it 'removed'...

OK for soft-roaders, motorways, dirty country lanes, hard tracks on the Vara, have put a front on my Africa (xrv750) and replace the current back with one soon.
Suits my riding my green lanes have are surfaced (hopefully) and only green in the middle.
