Re: Derbyshire TET - Autumn Raid

Great write-up and a really nice format. The derbshire TET is the closest one too me as im based in Kettering. Me and a few friends are hoping to travel along a few on our TTR 250's :D

Re: Waterproofing.

I use Nikwax wash-in stuff to reproof my jackets. Makes the water bead up nicely on the outside :D

Adding my name to the list of missing caps!

Does nobody do spare caps?

Re: Klim gloves?

I'd recommend trying them on and not buying blind, as they don't to be the same size across the range.

I have a pair of medium inversion pros which fit perfectly, but a pair of the Klim element gloves in medium were way too big and seemed to be made for bigger fingers.

Re: Anyone used a "sweetcheeks" type seat expander ?

Seems like a good idea which doubles up as a useful place to carry bottles. I'm guessing it's cheaper than a reholstered seat too

Re: Rust prevention - Or is FS365 any good?

Im also a user of ACF50 on an all year bike. Its holding up well this winter :D

But again pretty hard to apply as it comes out pretty thick from the can.
