i would recomend some advanced training,
not just for you, but to everybody.
there are lots of providers out there.
i get mine for free at work and often do a bit for people.
im not the best or fastest rider by a long way
but im yet to meet another rider who hasn't benefited from some training.

i have a 49 ltre ortlieb bag and can last indefinatley with what i pack into it!! add the soft panniers if camping. stash tools and spares around the bike or share them around if touring with mates. i ofte look at fully loaded bikes and wonder what the fook have they got in all those bags and boxes....
