Hi all, i'am busy trying to replace the mechanical seal on the water pump on my klr.I'am having trouble getting the crankcase cover off. Been tapping with a rubber mallet to no avail, anybody any advice on how to proceed.

Have a look on machine mart at the clark aluminium storage cases, i think the middle size case would suit.
Hi wcr, i've got a1989 a3 model, had it a few years now. They're pretty robust and solid machines. Not to bad off road but a tad on the heavy side.
