Im not sure about the mk5, but I had a mk4 VR6, and installed a VW detachable tow bar.
The cut out position was marked on the inside of the bumper, so when done it looked very neat.

I have just had a friend over with a bmw 1200, he has a set of Heidenau K60's on and said that now that the good weather is here and you can push the bike a bit more, the front end felt a bit too light at speed.

Does anyone have any experience with bikesure (adrian flux)? I have just had my renewal through with them, and the price is ok for two bikes, but noticed that none else has mentioned them.

Ive been using one of these for a while on my enduro bike.

Cannot fault it, also nice and easy to use as it clips around the fork tube.

I use clear sticky vinyl, and stick it to the fork outers. It is good enough to withstand a season of enduro racing.

I have used this ferry several times, not the cat, but the slower one.
Usually im driving a van, and get off at Ibiza. Every time ive seen a motorbike, it is usually the owner who is strapping it to the side of the vehicle deck. It seems that the ferry crew just let you get on with it.
