Nice to see everyone getting out.
I built my new 52v 2 speed Xiongda hub drive recently. It's a 900w range monster. Drags my 105kgs nearly 60 miles 😄😄

Home builds are a great way to go and usually cost less than a grand. I bought a new Carrera in a Halfords sale for about 300 quid and a 350w hub motor from China, fantastic climber. 17.5 Ah battery loads of range for my 100kg.
Been a godsend during the lockdown

Re: NHS and other similar workers putting it on the line for us

Another grateful thanks for the NHS, since retirement i have had a few reasons to visit their establishments and have nothing but praise for the care that I have received. That goes for many of my friends and acquaintances also. I sincerely hope when this is all over the first thing on the agenda is...

Re: Bike Down

What i would do is drain out the remaining oil and fill it with new oil to the recommended volume, just treat it too an extra oil change.

Re: Travel insurance

I'm over 65 and use Voyager, you can,t get a quote online over 65 but they sold me annual multi trip policies all through my late sixties over the phone.
Staysure specializes in over 70s and some of my friends use them.
