Re: Electric Bikes... the Future?

Thats not quite the same "need" for the end user .A reliable and long lasting mode of transport with a long range of travel is called for and there is no saying a model bought now will have software or even hardware support in five to ten years ala iphone models. A 1960s ford still has parts availa...

Re: Electric Bikes... the Future?

When I read of objections to electric motorcycles and alternative energy, I feel quite frustrated because all of the arguments seem to be based on today's technology: length of time charging, range of vehicle and materials used in batteries. Just think back 12 years, before the iPhone came out, when...

Re: Electric Bikes... the Future?

I just received an email from my local dealer of Zero Motorcycles, The English Electric Motor Co.

Re: EU. In or out?

This came up on my Twitter feed yesterday: What bizarre times we live in that ‘Remoaners’ is used as a slur against those unimpressed with the lying, irritated by xenophobia, infuriated by dumb slogans, outraged by contempt/proroguing Parliament, apoplectic about a potential recession, the loss of j...

Is it me or does it look very lean and trim.
Finally keeping bike weights down? Would be a good move.

I thought that: it looks a lot lighter than previous versions.

Re: Comms

The Sena SMH5 may be a little more than some of the cheaper brands but they are simple and easy to use, even with big winter gloves. They'll also keep working for years and you have the backup if anything were to go wrong with them... not that it would!
