Re: Insurance at Norway/Russia border.

We didn't cross the border. Those pictures were taken at about 1 o’clock in the morning, the border was closed and we were going the other way, toward Nordkapp, we’d just taken a detour to have a look. If you're camping you could pitch up at the end of the 886, we were stopping in ‘hytte’ (huts) did...

Re: Mra adjustable screen extension

I bought this. It arrived yesterday in undamaged packaging but with significant wear marks on the perspex screen. The screen is not as described, and there's nothing I can do about it. If you wanted perfect you should have bought brand new, but there are a few things you can do. You could take up y...

Re: Safety and learning to ride again...

I’d suggest getting in touch with your local IAM group. They’re not all ancient fuddy duddies (although some of them are). You’ll be able to go out on an assessment ride for nowt and the observer will point out your weaknesses and give you some pointers. My local group meet on a Saturday morning at ...

It’s rained quite a lot, the bag isn’t waterproof but all my stuff has been in dry bags, except my dirty washing. At the bottom of the bag, I found the u...

Took my bike to Stoke for it’s enduro pack fitting, ( I ordered it in January when I ordered the bike), this picture was taken two minutes before I dropped it, when the newly fitted crash bar and the hand guard guard both did their jobs perfectly.
