Re: 12v hard wired, continious recording bike camera? Which one please

I'm also looking for a solution for a 'dashcam' for the bike. Criteria being, automatic record on start up / loop recording / bike powered / front and rear facing cameras. I've had look at the Innovv set up but it's pricy and doesn't quite do it for me. What I have come up with is components on ebay...

Re: Anybody tried these yet?

Yep, I have a pair. Excellent quality as it should be, lid can be taken off completely if required and comes with the hooks so you can strap more stuff on top. Currently looking at the Dolomiti Top Case 46l, but I can't see any option for fitting a back rest to it - I've sent a query to Givi.

Re: Ideas for touring bikes please

ST1300 - plenty of good secondhand ones about with low(ish) miles, look for fitted extras like the wind deflectors, tank pads, luggage bags etc - that's what I did second time around. If I'm right; FJs don't come with top boxes and BMs don't seem to have mastered the art of colour coordinating their...

Mike54, don't get you started...
We've got roundabouts for dummies over here now!! - that is where there are arrows painted on the roads on approach and lanes with arrows all around the 'bout.
What I'd like is the 'official' take on what indication is required on these. I give up.

Re: GPS planning

Garmin Basecamp is the proper tool - takes a bit of learning though - there are plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube.
Once you have your waypoints and routes planned it's easy to transfer to the Zumo.

Re: Trip down memory lane for some

Honda PC50 (with pedals) when I was about 14 or 15, didn't care too much about a licence, worried more about getting shot at army checkpoints over here !
Progressed onto C50 and then C90 (with 50 badges) when 16.

Good, the picture seems to have loaded - so here's another of the whole trailer.
Will be pulled by a Pan European.
