Looks a good result.
A new engine sorted it. The old one had a lot of corrosion on it too. I found another with 3200 miles on it. I couldn't pass up on that. (thumbs)

It looks like you went through a lot of hassle and cash to get it sorted. How did the budget work out?
Around £4500 all in. Which for an essentially new bike with 3200 miles on the engine and a lot of decent aftermarket parts isn't too unreasonable to me.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been very busy with work... But I finally finished the bike yesterday. Flew through its mot. Chuffed doesn't cover it!

I've got the 2.1 pro for off road and the s-speed for road use. They can be a bit squeaky on the armour if you don't keep them clean, but otherwise faultless.

TCX, I'm a 14 with a fairly wide foot and find their boots comfortable..
