I think Sunday passed in a haze

Monday not a great deal better!! Getting way to old for this lark.

yep, I've had a bit of a 'bad day' today too :)

Loads of water/rehydration stuff, loafing about for a while, then off for a ride (push bike) to sweat the last of it out.

'Course there's always the 'hair of the dog' technique, but that's a slippery slope.....:P
