Re: Power Commander Autotune CONFUSION

OPEN = not connected. CLOSED = connected.
So, if you fit the switch then switch it "open" i.e."off" then the O2 sensor is not connected, the PCV uses the mapping table that has been loaded into it. With the switch "closed", i.e "On", then the O2 sensor is connected and Autotune can use the feedback ...

Re: KTM 690 Rally Raid rear rack RRP042 Spacer help

No, but for the soft luggage frames they supply 22mm long spacers for use with M8x70mm bolts in all four holes. If combined with the rear rack, the rack goes on first, then there are additional 6mm spacers between the rack and the luggage frame.

The frames go on top of the rack and use 10mm ...

Re: GP450.......It's mine !!!!!!!

Hi Sarge, I don't think we've met but I got my CCM in Jan - very pleased. I will be at the Devon/Exmoor meet so will be interested to chat, the fuelling did get to be a problem (kangaroo stuff) and after some haggling with CCM they had a good look at it and I believe fitted a new or different plug ...

CCM GP 450 Surging at Low Revs

Jak, try an "adaptation reset".

CCM pain in the arse(literally)

I had issues with mine, it was incredibly harsh feeling. The rear had a lot of stiction to it, which did not loosen up in 500 miles.
I initially thought it was the linkage bushes, but when I disconnected it from the swingarm, the swingarm was still stiff. It would hold the weight of the wheel off ...

Re: My arse!

Sounds like there is a seam in an uncomfortable place, or maybe the cut of the trousers is cutting off some circulation?

I usually do a small stand up/sit down every 5 miles on a long trip. It stops all manner of numbness and pains from setting in...

Hope you have a great trip. Iceland is on my "want to go there" list.
Sdly, it needs too long off work to ride there.
