i wonder then, what should the police do in the following scenario. moped gang 2 up, pillion throwing acid around while being followed by the police in close proximity. ram or continue to follow while the carnage unfolds. Its a fairly easy quandry for most police officers..the acid throwing present...

It would be the same as any other road leading from another. If the road you are travelling on has a 40mph limit and you leave that road to take an unsurfaced green lane, provided there aren't any speed limit signs at the start of the green lane, the preceding speed limit applies. That is incorrect...

A chase of any kind in an urban environment is likely to end in tears--and innocent people get injured and killed. It is only perhaps justified when there has been a serious assault or armed robbery, but for all other cases its far too dangerous. I know thats not much comfort to those affected but ...

Until police officers are given proper legal protections against the consequences of the criminals crashing then NO...been there done it, and looking back, I was getting paid a relative pittance and was putting myself and families future in jeopardy just to catch a petty thief that was going to walk...

I bought their full system for my xsr700... build quality and materials are good...sounds lovely but it IS noisy even with the baffles in...havent even tried it without!!!
Customer service and delivery were good too...

Make sure you do the B3081 from Shaftsbury down to the new forest...including zig zag hill officially the twisted road in England ( may be europe I cant remembering) ....off road wise, look at some of the routes across Salisbury plain and parts of the south downs ( some of it isnt open so check care...
