Re: Plans for the weekend?

Afternoon all, The forecast is glorious and whilst my new garden could really do with four days work I'm heading off tonight down to Dorset on the bike. My plan is to set up base camp in Wareham and ride the TET from Sussex to Devon without my gear on the back. Anyone else got an adventure planned ...

Oxford Circus, 30 minutes ago. I totally support the views of the protesters. but this is not the way to do it. Seems like 8O odd people just killing time between Glasto' and the next Stonehenge meet up and it's probably costing London a million quid an hour ! thumbnail_IMG_2074.jpg thumbnail_IMG_2...

Re: W2 Touring Adventure Boots

Super comfy boots, but waterproofing did not last long at all. Had to bin them after a year.

Now have the Forma Terra boots.
Much better and more robust and these are still waterproof.
There's is now the Forma Terra Evo that may be better.

ABR mag issue 1

Following on from Alun's thread https://adventurebikerider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=48484 "10 years ago this month" It will soon be the mags 10year anniversary, and remembering how much Issue 1 used to fetch, as much as Β£60 at one stage. Re: Hello! What bike! Drz f650 kle klr first big one!

I had a BMWf650gs for a while, also being 5'7" I was able to flat foot it, with both feet and with petrol tank under seat low CG make it easy to pick up although still a bit of a lump. It was okay off road but not brilliant, as a first "big bike" it would be suitable for you but you would soon be bo...
