That's just what i thought but if you search the subject you will find many people in the states struggling to get anywhere near 40MPG.
People seem to be saying that the GSA might deliver less MPG than the GS?

I live near Salisbury and need to get some bike clothing soon. Does anybody know of any good shops that have a good selection of textile suits and boots etc near me. I know Mott's in Basingstoke well and would like to avoid them if possible.

Morning all. Here is a question to all 1200 GS and GSA owners out there. What MPG are you getting. I have read many times of 50+MPG for a GS but after searching the web i find that a lot of GSA owners are only getting 35+MPG. Yes i know but it's my second choice if i can't fund a GSA. I don't really want to join the BMW gang but it's just the best fit for what i need. Also the hold their value very well indeed. I will be doing about 150 miles a day 5 days a week with most of it on the M4 so you see why i am heading for t...
