Re: KTM 950,990,1050 or 1190 ?

Hello Stewie. So how is life going? As for the bike choice, well remember my 950? I still have it. My tuppence worth...... All three bikes are good, each is an improvement over the last. Each has its own issues and also its own focus. So as with every other bike choice the answer to which is best is...

Re: KTM 990 Adventure brakes

The original parts will be the best. Trust me, no matter what the after market crowd thinks. They are Brembo bits and work! Use Eurotek tell them you are on the KTM forum and get 15% off. They are good guys to deal with, very knowledgeable, very helpful. The 990 is known for rear caliper issues, but...

Re: ktm 950. adv

I haven't been on here for so long that I forgot my password! Russ, what you thinking, I thought the CCM was a keeper! So my two pennies worth. It's a good bike, I may be a little biased here. However if you want a lane bike it's sometimes too big. The power is great, but at the cost of tyres. It is...

Meanwhile....I was still thinking....... That has been stuck in my head for a while now. I find myself stopped, chilled out and just sitting there thinking. Never about anything important  . I have moved on from Senegal. I left the country via Kedougou in the gold mining area. I spent three d...

Hmm the route/map/linky thing. Well I have no ideas how to do that sort of thing. If any one wants to enlighten me I will give it a whirl. And Ferdinand getting in was interesting, but not really scary. I put the whole thing up on the HUBB so others could know. It's at http://www.horizonsunlimited.co...

Re: KTM LC8 Starter Torque Limiter / KTM UK Customer service

My bike had to have some recall stuff done by the dealer, Trevor Popes. Whilst he was doing it this was sorted as well. Now I was having a lot done and I just gave them the engine so I am not sure of the ins and outs to the whole thing. Maybe give them a buzz and ask. I find them to be an excellent ...
