Re: crf250 Rally

I use 110 on the rear for the DR350, and 120 on the DRZ as it has more space. The total tread width on both is nearly10mm more than the figure.

Re: crf250 Rally

Maxxis IT the goto trail tyre for me D606 good for mileage, not for mud. Similar to TKC80 Tracker sort of inbetween, slightly better wearing than Maxxis but has less tread to start with. Maxxis IT always feels predictable on road, and continues to grip on the edge even when very worn down the middle...

In 2015 a dealer in Reading imported five new DR650's and five KLR650's, mine was one of them.
Interesting, I expect they were slightly cheaper then. But at 7k for a 10 year old DR, you have to really want one eh!

Re: The Suzuki DR thread.

Nice, always fancied a DR650 but they are quite hard to find, a later model anyway.

I have had to use my heated gear every ride for the last couple of months, but it works so well. It is intere...

Re: Classic singles and long way round

30 years old this year and still my favourite bike.

You wouldn't choose a 350 for long motorway trips, but for trails and back roads, its a joy.
