Re: Tiger 1050 vs crosstourer 1200 vs v Strom
Nearly forgot I have just bought my latest Suoer10 which is brand spanking new not pre registered for £11995 and it’s the ZE model with electronic suspension so over priced I don’t think so lol.

Re: Tiger 1050 vs crosstourer 1200 vs v Strom
Another vote here for the Super Ten xt1200....doesn’t need any fixes to make it a two up tourer, maybe a taller screen but that’s always a personal choice. I have done over 50,000 trouble free miles round Europe and North Africa in the last 6 years on the two I have owned and have a 3rd ordered which...

Re: European breakdown cover
Hi V Rider, check with your insurance company a lot of them do it as an add on (avoid Carol Nash). as its only for 10 days there shouldn't be a problem. Bennett do 90 days but most it up to 30, got around this by insuring one of my bikes with a Spanish broker, no time limit and breakdown included a...

Re: Seat Concepts or Airhawk ?
Another thumbs up for air hawk....used mine last month for a trip to Corsica and no numb bum. They do feel a little weird at first but didn't take me long to get used to it.
As has already been mentioned the trick is to put only a little air in.

Honda CB1300...loved that bike but probably not the best 2 up tourer.Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of the Pyrenees though.

Re: Greece Ancient Momument tour.
Rode to Greece last year and did some of what is on your list, really enjoyed Olympia and Delphi...the temple/area of Apollo was really cool.
Was a real slog riding to Greece and back though the ferry from Italy to Greece was fun even though it's always late.
