This may sound a bit daft but check there's a bit of free play in your clutch lever. I had a similar problem on mine but when I mentioned it to Mike Bavin when he was doing my MOT on my DR350 he adjusted my cable back off a bit and hey presto! Sorted. Shame I'd already bought a new clutch and heavy ...

My 02 1150 GS is the best bike I've ever owned. And I've had a lot of bikes! The 02 won't have servo brakes so don't worry about that either. You won't regret it.

Got to do the Grand St Bernard, Petit St Bernard and Col De Liseran! 3 superb passes. There's a fantastic clean campsite in Val d'Isere just before the Col De Liseran. Right at the top of the town.

My wife started off on a BMW 650 GS and has now moved up to a Honda CBF 600 SA6. She loves it! Loads more power, picks up a lot quicker from junctions etc, very reliable. Nice and low too. Go for it!
