Oh and loosen that chain today - before you damage the output shaft seals and bearings and damage the engine from potential oil loss

`someone who knows what they are doing` is a mechanic ...that'll be £45+ per hour, to be told .. sorry but you need a new tyre (at the correct 80% profile), a new inner tube to match, a new chain (the old one is worn, and the new one will now be too long), a new rear sprocket (too many teeth at mo)...

not really, by the looks of it, as I have only taken it back a very short distance from yesterday, when it rubbed a square hole in the mudguard and probably was rubbing the join on the swingarm … it will just have to wear in a bit You cannot just do that :lol: That chain is far,far too tight and yo...

honda have been using that method for sprocket security since the 80s--it allows the sprocket to float a bit and self align--there are some different spline washers out there so just make sure that the splines in the washer and the shaft splines are offset when its bolted up--stops it coming off! o...

...it's a classic example of how Honda gets marketing wrong sometimes. I've bored everyone before with the Melody v C50/70/90 saga.
