Re: EU. In or out?

When Brexit does go ahead, who do the 15.5 million losers vote for? The winners will not be you and I, just the politicians as per usual 😁

Re: Empty fuel container on airplane? Possible?

Just a thought. If you're travelling with hold luggage, how about a new one of these in your bag? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-5L-2-Stroke-Oil-Petrol-Fuel-Mixing-Bottle-Tank-fit-for-Trimmer-Chainsaw-1-25-/382238613776 and for a couple of quid leave it behind. On a trip to Crete some years ago, I put...

Re: Backpac's - Kriega R20

I have an R20 which I bought to replace a much loved R15 (I wish i'd bought another R15). I think you will struggle as a laptop bag due to shape, it will fit the laptop but you won't get much else in there......cut your sarnies small. Re: Empty fuel container on airplane? Possible?

New one or one that stinks of fuel?
If a new one it's just a plastic container and should be no issue.
But, why not just use a fizzy drinks bottle? Fill it, use it, bin it then repeat?
Or buy a more solid plastic bottle when you arrive and then use until it's time to come home.

Re: Why me??

OK Daveuprite, more relevant than I thought so my apologies. However, you don't always know what you're getting when you vote in elections. I voted for a Labour government to undo or soften the Tories anti inion legislation and then watched them push it even further. At the end of the day, they are ...

Re: Why me??

Thanks Bill, To be honest I have no intention of paying. The maths needed to work out costs now against potential future pension against tax implications and life expectancy are way beyond me :D

Re: Why me??

Just checked my NI contributions you need 35yrs contributions for a full pension I've contributed 44yrs so that shouldn't be a problem, not contributed much in the last few years as I've been working partime. If only that were true. I have 36 years contributions , but took early retirement on my se...
