Have you tried Adventure Spec ? They don't list the ones you're looking for but may be able to help.

The way our route is planned so far will not take us so much inland in Romania as Sibiu. We're heading for Moldova instead BUT we are now considering altering the departure date to mid May instead.

I went to the Ukrain last year,crossed the length to Odessa and to the black sea.
Went into Moldova and back via Romania, czeck republic,and slovakia.
To be honest Ukrain was ok, but nothing special,shocking roads though. Some were like a ww1 battle field.The people were friendly but the Police ...

Actually this is taking it down a notch than what we're used to so 500 isn't that much BUT we're planning on flooring it the first two days and last two days so that we have more time in the parts where the fun is.
And when we get there I'm thinking we're going down on averaging ...
