Re: LED Indicator Upgrade?

If you do change to LED indicators, then there's ones that include a position / DRL light as well. Yamaha sell this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-YAMAHA-LED-FRONT-INDICATOR-FLASHERS-YMEFLB2F1000/201926993901?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 and it includes the req...

Re: Lazy starting !!!

If the battery is ok, then I'd guess that the starter motor is on it's way out. I seem to recollect similar things happening with the air / oilhead BMW Gs's.

Re: Whats the ideal road biased adv bike for woman

How about a CB500x?

Not too big, not too heavy, not too much power? NC750x whilst not much extra power is a much bigger bike.

Above is from my male viewpoint, having owned a CB500x, DL650 and loaned a NC750x and assuming that she's not very tall :)

Why does your bike look like new at the back but the front looks like it's been in the sea for 20 years? :D
I change my bike's too often for that to happen!

That's what my bikes like all the time, I wash it on occasion then the next ride the rear end is covered in oil again, I guess I'm setting the flow too high but then it also cleans the chain.

A high flow rate stops the back end getting corroded as well

Re: Tracer 700 - Panniers etc offer

Probably because the 700 Tracer isn’t selling in the numbers that Yamaha predicted. Manufacturers use various methods to encourage sales. 0% finance being the most common. This time though, Yamaha have decided that a ‘touring pack’ would be a better incentive to a potential purchaser as the particu...

Tracer 700 - Panniers etc offer

I'd have thought at this was about as an easy as time as possible time to sell bikes, so why are Yamaha including the panniers etc as an offer at the moment? https://www.yamaha-motor.eu/uk/campaigns/motorcycles/tracer-700-touring-pack.aspx BTW, has anyone paid the £1208 for those parts that are in t...
