I’ve just got one of these bip and go badges for the telepeage which works really well. Most peages you don’t even need to stop, no fiddling with gloves and cards and the badge is registered on your bank account (works with a UK account if you wish). Tried one of those in the tank bag. Britannia Rescue / LV will repatriate you and your bike if you're in a crash, as long as you're within the geographical confines of the policy.

i dont know how other guys are getting on but ive been snagged twice this year once local 33 in a 30 ...and the awsome 27hp crf300 with knobbly tyres at 69 in a 60 on the way back from whitby at 0815 am Having "safety" camera warnings in the GPS, and keeping off the "A" roads as much as possible.

The first picture seems to me to have three exhaust pipes in the area where you'd have a bash plate.

Exhaust end can outlet in the first picture will keep anything in the right-hand side panniers nice and warm :lol:

I went from a 1100GS to a V-Strom 650. Cracking bike that even if it's half the cost of a new 1200GS, was better in some ways than the GS. Not the same overtaking grunt two up in the Alps as the 1200, but enough power and comfort most of the time. And better fuel consumption. I've got a XSR700 now, ...
