Re: TRAFFIC PROBLEMS FOLLOWING INCIDENTS AND ACCIDENTS

I lost a club member on a German Motorway this summer in an RTA. The other club members who unfortunately witnessed this were not allowed to even cover the body and the traffic kept flowing past while countless ghouls videoed and photographed his lifeless body. With that and what happened to Paul, a...

Re: Motorcycle Live 2016 NEC

Went Sunday... liked it ... we got our money back in discounts on decent kit... but as it was the first time we have paid to get in instead of having staff passes, for several years, the 25 quid was a bit of a shock.

Overall one of the best years so far.

Re: What's the best thing you ate whilst away this year?

Fabada in a sidra bar in Oviedo vs. Patas Bravas in a back street student bar in Santiago de Compestala... hard to pick between them or churros and hot chocolate from a stall at the fiesta in Espinoza della Monteras... that was a good few days of travelling.

Breakfast was good in Espinoza as well

Re: A Bee flew into my lid... Not an urban myth anymore

Just saying, don't ride with your visor up and no eyeprotection/ sunglasses on... Ahem... not true that will stop it, as I had a bee as mentioned in a pervious post, fly UNDER my visor and then the sun visor, and then stung me on the forehead when it got panicky after getting trapped in the...

Re: TRF becomming Extinct?

I am currently in the middle of a draconian three month ban for alleged 'defamation'(I posted what I thought of their attitude towards the members), so I can't take part in TRF discussions or see the members section of the forum until the end of November unless I grovel (and that ain't going to hap...

Re: CBX Rally Raid spotted today

I know everyone who took one out for a test ride at the Overland event over the last Bank Holiday weekend was impressed - there was also CCM 450 rideouts and Triumph Tigers... was quite jealous of everyone who got to play s I was volunteering.

Re: WK 400 Trail bikes head south for some RB5 fun

How did you get on with the brakes... only spent a couple of hours on one last year and found the front vague and the rear a bit harsh and "wooden". I think the PDI has been a bit hit and miss on these as there always seems to be loose bits on the newer ones. Something WK need to address w...
