LT, never had one so can't comment but it's all subjective for me. Two up touring and no ru...

Re: Touring Bike Travel

If you are going to ride the same bike and want to be comfy all the time then have a test ride on the goldwing. Every one who has never ridden one will tell you not to bother but trust me on this. You and your good lady book a test drive for a few hours and see what you think. As for gravel roads, f...

Doubt that it will be safe for a few years.

All the tribes will begin fighting for their share of the oil money, just like the NATO countries have been.

Re: SUNDAY IN WALES

Did one of the trails through Coed Bren. I know the area north of Barmouth and have had lots of fun trying to get up the stone steps when wet? Great loop round there.

The fords are toward Abber. No good with welsh place names so I will PM you later when I get home.

Re: SUNDAY IN WALES

Nearly finished. Got to stay left on this trail, long drop to the bottom. IMG_0467.jpg The rain had stayed off all day so when this came down for ten mins I did not moan too much. IMG_0468.jpg I looked at this view for a good twenty minutes. Not a single man made thing in sight. Excluding the track ...

Some more of the forest trails to get to the last set of trails. IMG_0460.jpg The other side of the woods. IMG_0461.jpg Glad that the water was low here, I have seen this crossing un-passable and it would be a long ride round IMG_0463_2011-08-07.jpg Then a smaller one. Just over the foot pegs but no...
