Bob,

I'm sure there's loads on here would be interested in reading more about your experience with the Yam, esp its performance and other qualities v the KTM 950/990.
I need to get a few more miles in first Richard and some decent off roading time but the weather is killing it at the moment :(

Re: Yamaha T7 review/insight

No vibration on mine, smoother than a smooth thing. It's the main thing I notice after years of riding KTM's.

Re: Yamaha T7 review/insight

At just over the half hour mark ... Dave says that he would rather take the Honda CRF450L back to Morocco This is because weight is king he says He actually does mention riding across Spain - which I would like to see him do on the Honda Not everyone would have a week to burn each way!! I think the...

Re: Yamaha T7 review/insight

I watched this the other day and thought that it seemed a fairly common sense based review. I would, however, question the 45mpg claim. Maybe he’s giving it the “I’m a flat out all the time hero” kind of thing. The CRF450L would definitely not be for me for the kind of riding that I do. The Tenere ...

Re: MCN - Tenere 700 v KTM 790 Adventure R

The Yam has taken years to bring to market and whilst cheap repeats all the previous mistakes - overweight and under powered. Will be ok if you want an off road styled commuter but as a trail/adventure bike - no. So after countless reviews and owner opinions are you eating your words yet Rob regard...

Re: Blocked Oil Screen.

This is a classic on Suzuki's Steve. As you probably know that screen can be a fecker to get undone and so a lot of people leave it with possible oil starvation to the head. I once bought a DR350 off a bloke 'for spares' , he had done loads of work to it but didn't check that screen which resulted i...
