Yes on 1150 gsa I found them as good as tourance's and got 12000 miles out of rearBrads wrote:I use Tourance and love them but am tempted by scouts next. Anyone used them ?

Having just swapped an 11 for an 1150 adv.part of me misses the 1100 for its dependablity but I think the adv. is in a different league the one thing you do have to be aware of is the seat height it's way up in the clouds on the adv. you can come a croper if your not carefull. Just bought a 2003 1150 adventure which has been decatted I'm very happy with it but I've got a query up to 80 / 4500rpm then it sort off goes fluffy and doesn't want to go but if you get it up to 5500rpm it takes off.The query is - is this due to the removal of the cat and denser and would it benef...

Removed pannier rails, engine bars, satnav mount, spots etc., swapped handlebars back to original ready for pxing for a r1150gs adv.in a couple of weeks.

No I ride a 1100 GS Diet- wash your mouth out with soap I dump on a regular basis and do breath out the trousers I had 5yrs ago were rags two years ago :P I'm not disputing that I'm fat I took a tape measure and measure away and ordered the correct size as per the charts on both sites, but to be so ...
